Welcome to episode #47 of the Last Call Trivia Podcast! Join us for a round of general knowledge questions to get the game started. Then, we’re hopping in our time machines for a round of 20th Century Trivia.


Round One

First up, we have a Words Trivia question that challenges the Team to name the winged angelic being that is used in the title of a Smashing Pumpkins song.

Next, we have a Science Trivia question about an element with a one-letter chemical symbol.

The first round wraps up with a Companies Trivia question about a former manufacturer of wooden toys who went on to great success when he switched materials in the 1950s.

Round Two

Who’s feeling nostalgic? Join us as we throw it back for today’s theme round of 20th Century Trivia!

The second round kicks off with a Books Trivia question about writer and activist Betty Friedan, who is widely credited with sparking American feminism in the 20th century.

Next, we have a Sports Trivia question about one of the athletes named on the Associated Press's list of “100 Greatest Athletes of the 20th Century.”

Round Two concludes with a Presidents Trivia question that asks the Team to name the first and last U.S. presidents to serve in the 20th century.
